Pesticide

We went to the Hall to listen to Kate and Jean from Massey university.  They are researchers who are finding out about the effect of pesticide on our brains (especially children).  We learnt that it is VERY important to wash your fruit and vegetables to rid them of pesticide.  We learnt that at Clive School we need to wash our fruit in the sinks- not the drinking fountains.
We took our i-pads and took photos of the presentation.  When we got back to class we used google docs and worked with our buddy to write our stories about what we learned.
